The Stamford Grand in Sydney has always been a source of pride for Radcrete. Not only does it demonstrate how well Radcon Formula # 7 waterproofs but that it is there for a VERY long time. This project was completed in 1989 and was then filled with various water plants and many fish proving the non-toxicity of Radcon Formula # 7. This entire pond is built on top of a carpark so it is possible to walk under the lake and inspect the underside of the concrete.  Twenty two years on and it is still perfect.

Radcrete recently was in contact with the original engineer/architect for the project and wrote us an email - please see the attachment for his endorsement 22 years after his original specification.
