Radcon Formula # 7 has been used to protect another resort in Mauritius.  Part of the Beachcomber Group, the Trou Aux Biches Hotel was completed in 2010 and now provides an idyllic holiday on this beautiful island.  Radcon was used on the roofs of several of the technical buildings. Whilst the concrete roofs may not look as idyllic as the thatch, now that they are Radcon protected they will have a much longer life span.  All the roofs are subject to salt spray and permanent attack from chlorides.  Therefore the Specifiers saw Radcon as the perfect way to provide protection in the long term.  Mauritius frequent tropical storms are not a concern either, as Radcon has a proven track record in tropical climates.
