The Stamford Grand in Sydney has always been a source of pride for Radcrete. Not only does it demonstrate how well Radcon Formula # 7^® waterproofs but that it is there for a VERY long time. This project was completed in 1988 and was then filled with various water plants and many fish proving the non-toxicity of Radcon Formula #7^®. This entire pond is built on top of a carpark so it is possible to walk under the lake and inspect the underside of the concrete.  Twenty five years on and it is still perfect!    This site is great evidence of Radcon's ability to provide lifetime waterproofing and also great proof of the product's claim to being "the world's most environmentally friendly concrete waterproofing". 

Radcrete recently was in contact with the original engineer/architect for the project and wrote us an email - please see the attachment for his endorsement 26 years after his original specification.
