It has been 20 years since Radcon #7^® was applied to the roof top car park of the Macquarie Centre in Sydney. There has been no evidence of any leakage or degradation of the slab since.

On a recent visit Michael Rorke stated that you would never know that the slab was this old.

Radcrete have a long history of waterproofing shopping centre rooftops – in over 25 years there has never been any cases of Radcon #7^® failing.

In several cases the client required that the roof be ponded following application to prove that Radcon #7^® did in fact give a watertight seal. In all cases even under a pressure head of water no leakage was experienced.

Radcon #7^® was tested by SINTEF Norway down to 400 metres at which it was still maintaining a watertight seal.
